		<description>He is right about the 15 degree F difference between the retun and the supply. That is an absolute normal temperature difference or delta T. It seems to me that you would have some legal recourse in this matter and instead of paying the rent you would put the rent into an escrow fund until the matter got resolved. Of course this would probably involve a lawyer or a lot of time chasing legalities of which no one really wants to do because it seems like such a waste of time. I hope the matter was resolved and you are happy. In either case I would look for another place once the lease expires.</description>
